Returns & Exchanges

At STYLX, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if you wish to exchange your purchase, please review the policy below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

• Requests made after 10 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

• Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

• Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing tags or packaging are not eligible for exchange.

No Refund Policy

STYLX does not offer refunds.

Once a product is purchased, it cannot be refunded to the original payment method or for cash, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchange Policy

• Eligible products may be exchanged only for the same bag design.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the item for exchange.

• If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by STYLX, we may cover the shipping costs at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement if eligible.

How to Request an Exchange

Before returning any item, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your exchange request.

Do not send any item back without first receiving approval from our support team.
